Refund & Cancellation Policy
Returns
All returns must be lodged with an Australia Post outlet prior to 4pm on the final day of your hire. If your hire ends on a weekend or public holiday, please lodge with an Australia Post outlet on the first business day available. Please retain the receipt issued by Australia Post as proof of lodgement of your return. We do not recommend the use of a post box as you will have no evidence of lodgement which is required in the event a parcel is missing or lost in transit (without proof of postage you will be liable for the replacement costs of the dress). If you do choose to use a post box, use a YELLOW box only. Do not post in a RED post box which are not emptied regularly and voids express post (doing so will incur late fees).
If you misplace your return label - please ensure the dress is posted back to us by express post and provide the tracking number provided to you by Australia Post at time of lodgement.
Refunds
You will be entitled to a refund if the garment is received damaged beyond normal wear and tear expected of a hire garment (to be determined by That Dress Hire at That Dress Hire’s discretion and acting reasonably). You acknowledge and agree that you are hiring a second-hand garment that has been worn previously and that some wear and tear is to be expected.
If you wish to cancel your order...
a. and cancel equal to or more than 15 days before the agreed rental date, you will receive a refund minus a $40 administration fee.
b. and cancel equal to or less than 14 days before the agreed rental date, you will receive a store credit minus a $50 administration fee.
c. and cancel equal to or less than 8 days before the agreed rental date, refunds or credits are not available.
